Primusinks Block Out GT

Specialty:

• Good elastic and fully block out dyed problem disperse dyes.
• Good soft hand.
• PVC, phthalates, APEO, Azo, Formaldehyde and Lead Free formulations.Meets all key international environmental standards.

• No harmful or distracting odors in the work place.

Guidance:

• Use as an under base coat for printing on light to dark polyester fabrics.
• It is recommended to print two times, dry in between, to get permanent anti migration performance.
• In use of other Primusinks rubberized inks on top of Block-Out GT are excellent compatible with each other, which means there will be no layer separation occurred.
• To meet superior wash, adding Additive Xlinker JF 2-4% by weight is necessary. After mixing Xlinker JF, it is recommended to consume mixed inks within 4-6 hours to avoid spoiled.
• Avoid wet on wet printing application.

Precautions:

• Keep the screen in the flooded position while print stops. Or, go for screen wash during a temporary stop.
• Modification of Block-Out GT is not recommended as any adjustment may lessen the bleed resistance ability.
• Containers must maintain air-tight seal while not in use.
• During Production, heat application can be applied to speed up the process. Failure to cure ink at recommended time and temperature may result in poor fastness.
• Screen must be prepared with water-resist emulsion to prevent stencil breakdown.
• Any application not referred in this Product Information should be pre-tested or consulted with Primus Technical Service prior to print.
