Primus-PLAST® 5900PF Color Mixing Base

Description

It is a READY Phthalates Free high solid transparent ink for mainly color mixing base with pigment concentrated plastisol colors and other mixing colors. Designed to mix with any PC colors in any small amount of certain colors, 5900PF saves your stock from keeping any plastisol ready color inks.

Printing Guides

• Ready to use on white ground fabric, stir well before print. For dark ground fabric, PLAST 2603PF Flash Whitecan be mixed by 10-20% dosage for good coverage. Or, 2603PF Flash White is super opaque to print as first down  Then print any mixture of colors with 5900PF afterwards.
• While adding PC colors, it is highly suggested to add “proper” amount instead of over-dosage. The over-dosagePC will create a bleeding issue or in-curable
• The best to achieve soft hand feel and photo print is to apply on at least 90T to 120T mesh. Squeegee bladeshould be rectangular and
• Recommendedprint speed is slow and 1-2 strokes for each color and suitable for wet-on-wet
• Curingat 165C x 120 seconds through conveyor is recommended to secure print’s
